Other Platforms
Devices That Do Not Run ElephTV Natively
ElephTV is an Android application. Some televisions, computers and mobile devices require external Android hardware or an unofficial workaround.
Samsung and LG Smart TVs
ElephTV does not install directly on Samsung Tizen or LG webOS. Connect an Android TV box, Google TV device or Fire TV Stick to use the television app.
Windows PCs and Mac Computers
There is no native Windows or macOS app. An Android emulator may run the mobile APK, but performance, controls and compatibility are not guaranteed.
iPhone and iPad
ElephTV does not currently offer a native iOS or iPadOS app. Use a supported Android device or connect compatible Android or Fire TV hardware to a television.
Connection Rules
One VIP Code, One Device
A one-connection ElephTV subscription allows one VIP or redeem code to be activated on one device. The same one-connection code is not intended for use across multiple devices.
Customers who require ElephTV access on additional devices should choose a subscription package with the required number of connections.
Quick Compatibility Troubleshooting
Check these common issues before contacting support.
Confirm that installation from your browser, Downloader app or
file manager is allowed. Also check that you downloaded the
correct mobile or television APK.
Remove unused applications or files, restart the device and try
the installation again. Keep additional free storage available
for app updates and temporary files.
Update the device software where possible. Very old Android
versions, limited memory or outdated hardware may not provide
reliable installation or streaming performance.
Uninstall the mobile version and install the ElephTV TV APK. The
television version is designed for widescreen displays and remote
control navigation.
Confirm that the television APK is installed. Some unsupported or
heavily modified Android boxes may require a compatible remote,
air mouse or standard USB mouse.
